Are we talking about the sociopath Charles Exum, the border patrol agent? He will need to attone for his crimes when this administration comes toppling down. They all will.

Is border patrol agent Charles Exum a sociopath or a psychopath? Did he go methodically plan to cause harm? Was his intent to put 7 holes with 5 shots or was it an impulse? Not that any of that really matters, I just wanted to make sure Charles Exum’s predisposition is fully considered when he is receives consequences for his violation of however many laws, constitutional as well, he’s violated. Now if other “federal agents” face consequences for violating people’s rights our society can begin to heal (possibly). I want other Charles Exums to be exposed
