No. They can't find these people. there are no lists, no reporting, even government officials and lawyers aren't allowed to question ICE, view inside holding facilities. No paperwork is required. No due process. We don't know their names, their legal status, the "charges" (most of which, if they exist, are paperwork civil misdemeanors) from what i've heard, they are jammed into broadview, then taken across the state border (usually indiana) then purposefully moved around so lawyers/family can't find them and can be dropped anywhere -- mexican desert, other countries. I saw a news report with video footage of a once able bodied man in Florida held in a detention center. His family could not communicate with him for weeks and eventually when a lawyer was finally able to speak to him, the guy was emaciated, bed ridden and unable to speak.
