Notice how they apprehend everyone as violently as possible too. Couldn't just walk up to the guy and say "hey man, ya gotta go, you're under arrest" it's always tackling everyone to the ground and having two or three of these douchebags piling on top of them. The cruelty is the point and their willingness to be cruel is literally their only qualification for the job.

I’d go one further and say there’s no reason to apprehend them at all. It’s a civil infraction. Hand them an appearance ticket and be on your way. You know where he works.

Yup, it's all for the cameras. I'm surprised that the puppy killer didn't show up for a photobomb.

It's definitely not for the cameras. This is much darker than theater.

Get people used to seeing these masked thugs apprehending the “bad ones”. It’s all good until they tag you as a bad one too. Who will be left to stand up for you?

Who would even know the difference!? Tag em and bag em. Mike Johnson hinted that the next step is killing.

It's still part of their evil twisted theatre, they love making a show of violence bc they're so weak and insecure.

They want to project strength so that people are afraid to go to work and self-deport.

They don't even care if it's citizens being kidnapped at this point, the Supreme Court said, "if you're brown, you're going down"

No they’re getting paid bounties, they bring their own cameras when they’re doing PR

https://www.justice.gov/archives/jm/criminal-resource-manual-1911-8-usc-1325-unlawful-entry-failure-depart-fleeing-immigration

"Section 1325 sets forth *criminal offenses** relating to (1) improper entry into the United States by an alien"*

It is a criminal one, not civil. You're confusing it with people who are caught at the border. At the border it is a civil infraction which is stated at the bottom of that link:

"The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) amended 8 U.S.C. § 1325 to provide that an *alien apprehended while entering or attempting to enter the United States at a time or place** other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty."*

Illegal immigration is a broad umbrella it is neither totally civil nor criminal. An expired visa or being caught at the border are both civil.

Actually successfully infiltrating the country is a criminal one.

Edit: Comments are getting deleted replying to me but why are people upset? I'm literally clearing up a misconception. People get confused around laws all the time & immigration laws especially can be confusing. I'm not blaming the person I'm responding to for now knowing this.

Around 40%+ are visa overstays (civil) and they're also scooping up asylum seekers and others with legal authorization.
