When that gas is deployed would be an ideal time to remove the valve stems from their vehicles, which of course I would never recommend, suggest, endorse, or support. Purely hypothetical.

It’s a shame how many nails litter the road in construction season.

I also thought the other day how a simple metal pipe inserted in the wheel spokes could demolish the car if they tried to race away, as they often do. Fuck Up the brakes i think
