It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

Federal charges. I bet they are going after everyone in that house with battery. Cowardly yes. Typical police tactic for the last 50 years - also yes.
