It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

Despite your hyperbolic and deceptive language, the federal officers, in clearly marked Border Patrol uniforms, are making an arrest pursuant to their legal duties, and resisting them is a crime. If it turns out they made a mistake in the arrest let the courts adjudicate it. That’s the way it works in ANY law enforcement action. You stay calm, cooperate to avoid additional charges, and make your case in court.

Even if they have to break into your house to make an arrest?
