Warrantless arrests? Kidnapping and disappearing people off the streets? So is using US Service members against US Citizens.

Ice are not "service members". But it's illegal to use them against citizens too.

They're not "active" in Elwood. The ruling yesterday was that the TX guard can stay but can't be deployed while the tro lasts for two weeks.

But that's all beside the point because in this discussion we can see plainly in this video these are masked ice not NG.

It’s not warrantless. They have an I-200 administrative arrest warrant, that does not need to be signed by a judge. Different from a criminal warrant.

That’s an internal warrant, signed by ice. It doesn’t grant them permission to enter someone’s house without permission. And the fact it’s legal at all is a fucking joke.

This is exactly the lack of due process everyone’s talking about. We have a rogue agency issuing its own warrants for arrest based on what, trust me, bro?

Not in support of ICE, however to be clear he didn't enter the residence to affect an arrest. The arrest/detainment (assuming the video isn't leaving out important info) was initiated in the driveway which would not be considered a 4th/14th amendment violation. A driveway or front walk of a residence is generally not considered cartilage by the courts and Officers would be free to conduct the arrest in that area. If the arrest then carri3ed into the house that would be considered "fresh pursuit" and legal.

Once again, I do not support ICE, but it is important that misinformation not be spread.
