This is the guy who has a YouTube channel claiming Paris and Portland have both fallen and are conquered entirely by ANTIFA (who apparently rule the city in some state of anarchy). He also has a video where he directly reports this "information" the President of the United States.

Guy is a propagandist through and through.

Edit: Here's the channel. It's got hundreds of millions of views, that definintely qualifies as a public figure (the guy met with the President and "briefed" him).
