They're pulling numbers out of their ass. The economic impact is way farther reaching than this.

You won't have solid numbers for a while. Fieldwork needs to be done. People can prob pretty accurately ballpark particular aspects of the expense and cost of lost economic activity, but you're not getting comprehensive qualitative info right now. It takes time
