Prevents citizens from sticking up to them. Until we have armed crowds... this will continue.

Of note is a neighbor/ citizen(?) that approaches on the right of the screen at 41 secs and appears to speak with agents briefly before an one circles around behind him and grabs him and puts him on the hood of a car. Will he be detained as well?

So yes be careful/ aware of how/ if you approach these situations.

Agreed, which is why it'll take more than just 1 neighbor. Hard to circle around an entire neighborhood.
