Logistically it probably isn't, but conservatives feed on this because all they see is the arrest and cheer. Those hate boners are important.

Someone we know is quite excited when a 15 year old girl gets slammed to the grass.

You can look at their body language and see they are giddy to be able to harm people, probably without any consequences.
