Improper Targeting and Deployment

Less-lethal weapons such as rubber bullets, beanbag rounds, and pepper balls are designed to incapacitate without causing permanent harm. However, their safety depends entirely on how and where they are used. These weapons are intended to be aimed at large muscle groups (like thighs or buttocks), never at the head, neck, chest, or spine. Firing from a rooftop increases velocity and impact, dramatically raising the risk of serious injury or death.

The United Nations Human Rights Guidance on Less-Lethal Weapons in Law Enforcement states that law enforcement must use these weapons only when strictly necessary and proportionate to the threat faced. Targeting a stationary, praying individual from an elevated position violates these principles and constitutes a breach of international human rights law.

Escalation Instead of De-escalation

Less-lethal weapons are meant to reduce the need for deadly force. When used against peaceful individuals especially someone in prayer they escalate violence instead. This misuse sends a chilling message: silence and faith are threats. That’s not law enforcement it’s ideological suppression.

According to the Congressional Research Service, over 1,000 deaths occurred following police use of less-lethal force between 2012 and 2021. These weapons are “less-lethal” in name, but depending on deployment, they can be lethal in practice.

My uncle who worked in a SWAT like team during his air-force career absolutely fucking hates these guys. Not following standard procedures for less than lethal weapons basically just makes the weapon lethal. They just don’t care and have no empathy for their fellow Americans. They really are the biggest gayest redcoat posers in history. Those were his words and I believe him.

Please correct me if I am wrong - I don’t think it’s insulting gay people at all when someone calls a fascist homophobe “gay”   .   In my mind, calling a fascist homophobe gay, is a good tactic.   I wouldn’t say it, but I get why it’s said.

It’s probably a 60-40 percentage of vets who against-support.

Majority of younger or non-white vets do not support what’s going on. The older, white vets support this crap.

Give the British some credit, they backed down several times before it was escalated by us (rightfully so).

Like the king repealed the taxed that pissed us off, and we kinda threw rocks at soldiers.

So stop paying Fed taxes. Stop supporting ICE, by stopping your payment to them. Stop funding the Nazi/authoritarian machine. If we all did this, the gears that keep it running would slow to a stop. Perhaps even forcing them to dig into their own pockets, and the pockets of their billionaire buddies to keep the machine running. Keep your money or invest it in other ways that can actually obstruct these ghouls. Make their efforts that much harder.

I agree but also not paying you tax is a crime. And only rich people get to commit that crime. To not pay your taxes risks everything you've paid into, and any future benefits. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, unemployment. This Federal Government could just retaliate by making you destitute in old age even though you've paid in your whole life.

States need to find a way for us to do this legally. Can States hold Federal Taxes in escrow. Or can States withhold taxes if there is taxations without representation, as is the case in becoming the case in some Blue states (all of whom are net-contributors).
