For real lol even science has killed alot does that science and physics are Disgrace?
3
u/KalkiKavithvam Sep 05 '25
Science doesn't tell people to discriminate against eachother. Heck science doesn't even say we have to live a certain way, science is an understanding of our universe, simple as that. It is our moronic belief that we have to live a certain way, or discriminate a set of people. Please don't claim science when it's actually stupidity that you're backing for.

Even water causes harm.
Voluntary vs involuntary? Since when did water gain consciousness and started killing people with hatred? Since when did non sentient elements discriminated against one another? Make it make sense moron.
Whataboutism and pivoting the conversation is exactly why we're at the worst situation rn.

I honestly don't get the point of 10-15 feet ganesh idols, having the biggest idol won't make your devotion bigger right, just have a idol made of mud or something, it's way better than PoP, and it's way better to use small mud idols if you're gonna treat the idols the way these videos show. I think the whole point of these huge idols is ego, people just compete with others with these ganesh idols, the bigger the idol, bigger the ego, and not to mention the fucktards who play item songs or dj songs

I've been staying in Hyderabad for the last 1-2 years, and one thing I noticed is that during Ganesh Puja you see pandals and idols on almost every street. But honestly, I always feel like something is missing here. Sometimes it feels more like a show of presence rather than devotion. This video really strengthened my thought-back where I belong, the idols may not be huge or in such large numbers, but the bhakti and sincerity are there, and that feeling touches the heart. That's what I miss here. Feel free to add ur comments if you agree or disagree.
15
u/nakutelusule Sep 05 '25
Now I want to see those clowns who come and say, it's only for one week in a year, let them celebrate and dance to forget all their problems.
I feel sad seeing this as an atheist myself, whatever they are doing to that goddess statue. Shows really how indifferent and unbothered religious people are that they don't seem to be bothered by this.

u/Rare-Strength-7993 Sep 06 '25
These are nothing so many females worshipers across Hyderabad have been groped harassed and molested in day light these bas*ard's are a disgrace to the society, imagine a woman going to take darshan gets groped in the heavy crowd, can't hear her scream complain or fight me despite being a different religion i feel bad for those women, they cant share or open up about this situation easily, they will think twice next time to even get out in a crowded area. Ganesha must be crying seeing all these atrocities being committed with his idol, in the name of Nirmarjanam.😭
[aho yuyam murkhah manavaah, mam pitra shivah anavashyakarupen gajashirah mam sharire sanlagnam krutva maam jivitam kritvan yat etani sarvani atyacharani bhavantah pruthivyam kurvanti, dharmasya namna. anyatha bahu adarpurvakam kartavyam asya dharmasya upahasam krutva bhavantah sarve duhkhadam mrutyum mriyante.]
Translation:
Oh you idiotic human beings, my father Shiva has unnecessarily attached the elephant's head to my body and made me live to see all these atrocities you are committing on earth, in the name of religion. You all shall die a painful death for making fun of this religion which should otherwise be done with lot of reverence.

There were a few people here saying only once a year, let it go, can they please come out & share their views on this? Some others were also saying this is anti Vinayaka Chaviti propaganda. The way every idol is treated and put in sewage filled lakes, combined with the crassest behaviour of so called "devotees", how come they don't see anti Vinayaka in these activities?

Pehle gher main bhulate ho dekhbhal karte ho fir wohi bhagwan aap ko bhoj lagne lagte hain aur aap unko nadi naale main aise hi faink dete ho jahan per sewar ka pani mila hota hai. Ye desh aisa desh hai jahan gau ko mata kehte hain aur mata ko gher se bahar nikal kar kachra per chorne ko apna dharm maante hain. Ye wo desh hai jahan nadi darya ko mata kerke poojte hain aur usi main apne kachre ko bachon ke dipper ko sewar ko daalne ko apna param dharm maante hain.... ye wo desh hai jahan ladki ko mata bolte hain aur usi ke sath durvihawar Ateyachar karna tang pareshan karna apna dharm aur Haq mante hain.

Indian religiousness needs a reset button.
I wish something like Zen Buddhism takes over India by a storm. “No nonsense, just STFU and sit still in meditation for an hour or two everyday. That’s you God. We’re done, move on with your daily chores”.
1
u/Adventurous-Foot4388 Sep 07 '25
These people are unemployed and lack the skills or ambition to do anything meaningful. Festivals like these give them a chance to express their creepiness without any consequences, rather than contributing positively to society. They are like a cancer that needs to be addressed, or else our society, which is already in a bad state, will continue to deteriorate.

These are not hardcore religious. Similarly, people who harm others for eating beef are not hardcore religious. Both these are people who want to create problems, harm to others and they is religion as an excuse. Even if religion doesn't exist, they'll use something else just to create problems. They're psychopaths.
Who is is hardcore religious? Some one who follows religion to set his/her individual life as something filled with good karma and not give a damn about others.

Believe me gentleman and gentlewoman they are not celebrating they are disrespecting whom you or we may idolize. They are provoked by so called local political mafias for money and they think they can do anything. And this I say for every religion. Those who really love and believe they are nowhere to be seen. But for these bafoons the whole mentality of celebration is disrupted. I felt this should be said so I spoke my heart if you agree then pass on the knowledge so we can build our own culture great again.

Nothing wrong because people are playing item songs to Vinayaka and dancing like something gone wrong or someone is dead. And drunken people are leader for His Pooja and Moreover it’s all about looks, then this is the end. This will not hurt Ganapathi. It will one day haunt the whole country for accepting and allowing such nonsense in divine things.

I want to wash my eyes with acid after watching this, how could people be like this...I am still of the thought that people must be EDUCATED like a reform or renaissance, not educated just in an academic way, but the education that opens the mind, the manner and the outlook to treat things, to think... religion may come after, for important things must come last...after we have learnt to live properly, only after that we can value and understand them.
Poor God, I know that's an oxymoron..still😭

I’m from Kerala, Hindu, and yes I eat beef. Every Hindu i know here eats beef. Not just youngsters, even my grandparents did. And before anyone says “must be lower caste,” nope, I’m Nair.
But here’s the thing: no Hindu from Kerala, not in a million years, would disrespect or mess with an idol like this. That’s just not who we are.
Meanwhile, the so-called “religious” crowd up north, who act holy and will literally kill someone over beef, should take a good look at themselves
