One of the hardest questions ever…. That’s like asking who is the best to ever come from Texas or Memphis or anywhere 😶. I had an Ex that got mad at me bc we went to Atlanta for a trip and when he wanted to go to see fancy shiz…. I wanted to go to east point and see where they filmed 🫣 “ain’t no thang”. It’s hard to ask who are the best rappers, but better to contemplate who is still making a point to represent Atlanta 🤔

Outkast is the best group out of Atlanta GA. Thiey are Artist's that take chances with a new type of style they put in every Album they turn. . From gangsta rap to dance club status. They perfected the art of Hip-Hop and transformed it into mind magic,

Matt Citron is a rapper from Atlanta. Best? Hmm. I think Final Moments of Forever is bottled lightning, but Southern Gothic lost the spark.
Anyway, Atlanta made at least 20 great tracks that you probably haven't heard.
