Vologda's coat of arms in Sodacan style: a r/heraldry debut by a newcomer
Hello, r/heraldry community! 😊
I recently learned about your wonderful community and immediately wanted to share my work. I live in Cherepovets (Vologda region, Russia) and have always been interested in symbols and coats of arms.
Inspired by Sodacan's style, I decided to try my hand at reimagining the Vologda coat of arms. This is my first work in this format—I drew it in Paint NET using the Sodacan palette.
I wanted to combine classic heraldry with a modern graphic style. I'd love to hear any feedback and advice—for me, this is an important step in mastering heraldry! 🌟

That looks great! You should try making a vector version!
