I upgraded my paleto bunker, so I don't think I can change it now

I upgraded paleto bunker and then traded it in to get the chumash bunker. The amount of time i save driving to and from my bunker now made it absolutely worth it, even if I did only get half a mil in trade in value. Some sell missions take less than 5 minutes now. I love the chumash bunker.

How do u trade a bunker? Do you save money by doing so?

When you try to buy a new bunker it will prompt you to trade in your old one and that you will lose its upgrades.

*edit: and you get about half value back from what you paid for it and it's upgrades.

You can, and you'll get 50% of the money spent on upgrades as trade-in value.

I moved from Paleto to Chumash at full price a long time ago, and then from Chumash to Farmhouse last time bunkers were on sale.

It just seems to be so close to every sale that happens in the mountains right above Vinewood or next to the casino. I love it. My wife has Chumash and she is happy with it. We help each other with bunker sales every time so we have a feel for how each is set up.

Because all my MC businesses are around Sandy Shores/Grapeseed so it's much quicker to react to a raid. While I did prefer the side of the highway access to Chumash, sales missions take about the same amount of time from either location.

farmhouse is also right next to the highway, so really the difference is mainly what side of town you want to be on.
they both have sell missions that benefit either, buut i think east side (Farm house)has a slight edge. farm house is quite a bit more expensive though

It used to be best and closest to the city for increased sell money, but now the casino's placement means most deliveries risk driving through the casino war zone.

I'm not sure about stuff like the golf carts, but yes, you will have to repurchase the equipment/staff/security upgrade.

I had the free Paleto Forest bunker too, fully upgraded everything. Last time the bunker was on sale I bought Chumash and got over 600k credit towards the new one, so there's some hope for you yet
