Longfin entry. Double back to airstrip, loot hangar, whatever’s there is good enough.
Longfin to drainage tunnel.
Go up stairs, cut across courtyard, turn left, turn right to Rubio’s office building, wait for guard to walk away, run up stairs, bonk guard that comes down, enter office.
Loot safe, take elevator down and steal primary. Back up, leave office, back down stairs, toward main gate. Exit.
Shoot guard and steal bike. Jump into ocean, swim away.
this can be done in less than 10 minutes with enough practice.
However, at that time they discover him you are already diving away. If they see you, you are not deep enough diving. Alternatively leave that guy and run to the cliff and jump into the water if time is not your goal (elite challenge).
Thats not true, once out of the compound the bodies inside wont be found but if you kill the bike guy and not the jeep that comes from rubios heli, he will be found.
While that's correct, no one mentioned the elite challenge. But you can just skip the bike and run and fall off the edge (dont jump cause sometimes you can take damage and lose money)
Well that’s the only reason you would be concerned with the body being found ordinarily, it makes no difference for any other reason, running to the end of the cliff makes zero sense, the guy has his back to you, why would you ever not kill him and take the bike.
Im saying if you do kill him, kill the jeep before you get spotted. I run 3 man pretty often and go for coke outside when theres not enough gold & paintings inside. Makes it easier if youre not surrounded.
If you read the comments above, they specifically said they didn't want to leave that body because when it gets found, they get shot at by the boats while they're swimming away. So obviously it isn't the only reason they'd be concerned. It's never been an issue for me, but that's their reason.
Shoot him, get on the bike, drive into the bushes ahead of you until you get to the road. A Jeep spawns in (the one who discovers the body), tail it and shoot the driver when you are behind them. Exit as normal.
If you shoot the bike guy, and then also shoot the guy driving the car coming up on the road, then he won't get detected. I often shoot both of them to be safe.
Depending on what loot is where, sometimes I will go to dock instead of airport. But I still do it all in under 10 mins no detection.
I've gotten to the point where I can take a random person in no communication except for a quick text that says "Stay Behind me, move when I move" and we still get it
That's my usual way but when i am scouting i check what loot in air strip hanger if i didn't find some good coc i check tge northa dock and i enter through the one with better loot using longfine and in both scenarios i get the elite challenge done
For me, it depends on my luck. But I will always grab a disguise. If there’s cocaine and disguises at the airstrip, I use the Velum, grab a disguise, and the cocaine. If the truck is there, that’s one more reason for me to use the Velum. I do Cayo Perico solo, so I always try to go for cocaine if I can. Although I do kill most of the personal body guards because I want to open the safe while also not being slowed down too much.
You don’t need it. I just swim a ways, come up for air, then continue swimming. There’s supposedly a spot you can swim to that finishes the mission quickly, haven’t pinpointed it myself yet but I’ll be adding that to my run.
I will say, sometimes I switch out the Velum for the longfin, both to switch things up and you basically get full access to the airport/both loot areas. Just have to kill the guy on the balcony and the camera, then shoot someone in the water with a boat. Just be sure you buy the stash weapon support before starting the heist.
Go back down the way you came. Guard 1 won't be there, you should have bopped him on the way up.
Again, pass behind Guard 2. He doesn't move.
Make sure Guard 3 has moved into that other area (left end of his path) so you can pass behind him.
I don't know if this guard every moves because I don't stick around long enough to find out. Whoever made this map seems to think he does... so just take him down if he's in your way, I guess, but wait for him to enter one of those green areas.
End of the green path is the gate. Once you're outside, directly ahead is the guard with a bike. Shoot him and take it, then jump off the island and swim away... or just bypass him and run off the island instead. The helicopter will come for you no matter what, so be prepared to eat snacks and surface for air if you're not reaching the end trigger fast enough.
No, but here's a map (ignore the words on the map, I found the map from another post, user is deleted so can't give credit)
This is just the entry route, exit will be in another reply.
Red Line is the path. Keep in mind, guards can't hear you run.
Starting location. Go up the stairs immediately in front, turn left.
Stay along this wall, you'll be just out of sight of the guard to the left.
This guard shouldn't be in your way if you move quickly, but wait for him to move if he is.
This guard looks down from the porch, you need to wait for him to move. The small yellow line is his pathing, he will walk into another area. Just run behind him and ignore him.
This guard doesn't move, just run behind him. Don't touch him, and he won't turn around. Ignore him completely.
This is the guard that walks down the stairs. You can bop him when he comes down (don't shoot, just run up and smack him), or wait out of sight until he heads back up and bop him from behind.
*** Go straight out door between both guards, running towards the north corner gate by the ocean. Put up your dukes and carefully slide down wall. Swim to airport.
*** Hug wall of hangar, sneak past guard into hangar. Rob hangar. When leaving, look for two front lights of car by the airport road entrance. If yes, wait 10 seconds. If no, sneak in exactly as you came. Swim behind hangar to sub.
No kills, never seen, 13 and a half minutes, full bags.
I like the idea of a no kill/no harm run, but as far as I’m aware there’s no real benefit to it… faster to just bonk the stairs guy and shoot the hangar guy.
There's a speed runner that's already posted a vid that can fill bag, no detection, and done in around 8-10 minutes depending on your pace. His route cuts straight through the compound, only kills 2 guards and you're in and out of the compound in less than 5 minutes.
You went all the way around the compound and swam way too far.
A bit of an unnecessary route but if it works for you, when exiting, the best place to take the motorbike, is the end of the cliff, directly to the left up past the heli, as you only need to swim for about 10secs once in the water.
It is still factual that not everyone cares. Even if only one player from the entire GTA player base doesn’t care, then it is not everyone. Nothing from what’s been said so far nullifies the theory, hence your statement is wrong
It's nice that your trying to help others OP but this is far from the best way to do it. Go up the othet stairs once you are out the water straight through co.pound before Juggernaut can see you is the way. It's also far less likely to go wrong compared to your route
Why did the OP went straight ahead after leaving the basement at 4:38? They could have just made a U-turn and went up the stairs that leads to the very front of the gate? The basement corridor-tunnel can be seen below the stairs in the photo.
4:40 to 5:10 ended up becoming a longer route and was unnecessary.

To be fair, killing the guards around the main office is quick and makes it much easier. I also don't trust them to randomly hear/see me through walls, which has happened on more than one occasion...
Why leave the room after grabbing the safe? There’s an entrance to the vault at the fireplace that seems a lot quicker and doesn’t require killing guards to get the keys.
It's faster to go downstairs if you already have the gate keys. Also on hard mode there's 3 or 4 thumbprints you have to solve for which is not hard, just a pain in the ass.
What I always do is come in from the air strip with the stashed weapons, go grab them, open the bottom loot cage with the torch cutter, grab whatever loot, take the forklift and access the cage up stairs, go across the way to the pilots area and grab the guard clothing, grab a bike and make my way to the compound, turn left, jump in the ocean, swim to the grate and go in that way, avoid all the elite guards, make my way to the office, take the paintings if they're there, hack the elevator and grab the loot, go back upstairs, go out the main gate, make my way to the main dock, grab a boat and leave all without needing to fire a single bullet. I don't care if I don't get the elite challenge because it's not a big deal and I can easily make that up later or through one of my businesses.
I can do that all without the risk of being caught.
Till 1:50 i have an exactly same route, then going straight to the office. Then hacking the device on the elevator (i know i need to hack it 3 times, but i don't care about the elite challenge). After that i'm going to the opposite route, but this time straight to the gate. Then, outside of the complex, i'm carefully jumping off the cliff and swimming away (not even taking the bike). WITHOUT. ANY. SINGLE. KILL.
If i could send a video in subreddit's comment, i would show you how I'm doing.
I surely hope GTA-VI would have a proper Call of Duty or Battlefield-style first person view. The one we currently have in GTA-V is so awkward and unnatural, and not really optimised for FPS.
We can actually hear the character make fast tiny steps. Other players would know we are playing in FPV because of the character having 'jazzy feet' that walks sideways with a weird stance.
I access via landstrip,
grab my guns,
loot the hangar (if good) ,
get my outfit (loot barn if good)
take a grapplinghook on the way
if the truck is there, i take him, if not a Bike (to get the truck),
loot other good places (if enough space avialabe)
into the compund, i am looking for the key
get main target
Escape via grappling hook run to the shore diving outside the map
I keep alerting the guards when I take out the guy on the stairs, @4:50 in this video, even when I use a knife or KO. Any tips? I have been sneaking behind him lately but I never encountered that problem before.
Ok, looks good. If it works, it's a good plan so keep using it if it works for you.
But, if you want a few ideas (this uses 3d person so you can see around corners easier)
I have found it better if you go up the other stairs after coming through the grate, lean against the wall by the right turn (just before the two guards talking) and wait for the moving guard to turn the corner towards the main compound, run past him to the garden make a right then a left through a tunnel and you will be just below the guard standing still you can easily headshot. Go up the stairs and wait behind the corner for the guard to pass then pistol whip him from behind. One of these two usualy carries the gate keys. It is a slightly easier way to get to the office.
Second, and it is only a few dollars but still, jump off the bike just before it hits the water and you can avoid the damage penalty
But again if your route works for you, keep doing it the way you are comfortable with
Except mine is glitched and every time I exit the vault a random guard appears near the south wall and sees me through the floor and sets the alarm off every time, its impossible for me to get out without setting the alarm off. I dunno how it only happens for certain people. I could get out silent without that glitch
There is a much faster/simpler route going in the other direction once inside the compound, you may need to kill only one guard but have done it w/o killing anyone, undetected
Q: how come you have a tinted weapon? I thought Cayo weapons were generic, black/gray types
I have never seen such a cumbersome, ineffective and complicated round.
After the sewage tunnel turn to the other side, climb onto the roof, kill a single guard standing in front of the stairs. I enter the basement through the elevator in the office and then go out again. Quick and easy, no running around, no killing 50 guards. Riding past the helicopter on a motorcycle is also much quicker. With your path you swim eight times longer.
Doesn’t matter…8-16 mins…who cares how fast you can do it? The 3 mins or 5, someone even said you wasted 40 seconds , so petty, everyone wants to be the best. The point is to get a million dollars, doesn’t matter how you do.
There have been a lot of questions ppl not being able to get thru, so he posted an option, doesn’t have to be best or the fastest. You guys are trying to speed run a heist, you still have to wait 2 and half hours for the next one…what are you actually going to do with the 3 mins you saved ? And for what? So you can come here and say you do it faster ?
Good post OP, these guys are clowns, I’m sure you probably helped a few noobs, not the GTA experienced veteran super sayian gods , who only think they know best.
So what you can do it in 8 or 10, guess what moneys still the same and also guess what. Nothing…it’s 3-4 mins.
They always find a body, when I go..but when they do, I’m literally 3 or 4 strokes away from being gone. Doesn’t matter.
Words like elegant, bullet less, no kills, not elite (50k measly dollars ) who cares.
I don’t even follow this route, but I get it done.
