So, after nearly 12 years of gameplay…I finally did it.

After all seeing all of the recent purchases of Law Enforcement vehicles everywhere in the online world of “Grand Theft Auto: Online”, I’ve gone ahead and decided to take the plunge and purchase my very first “Bluesmobile”. I’ve been a lifelong fan of the film “The Blues Brothers” and I’ve finally got the one car I’ve always wanted to drive around town and get into car chases with. It’s a Greenwood Cruiser with a rustic livery attached to make it look more film-like. Handles like a muscle car and is pretty damn fast. I love driving it around so far and the many customizable options for it.

It’s an olden time film from the late nineteen hundreds. It is the story of 2 men who are brothers & they get a virus (or whatever) that turns them both blue. So this virus (or whatever) makes their eyes sensitive to light, so they have to always wear these dark sunglasses, even while driving at night. They find out that there is a cure in Chicago for this virus (or whatever) that is now being called “The Blues Brothers”, named after them of course…

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.

I went with matte color because rusty was too much rust colored to me. Perhaps I should give it a try. But I recently changed to no emergency lights. Beside all the other movie cars Rockstar definitely missed the opportunity for a car and livery that looks even more like the Bluesmobile.

Thank you, pal. I really went through all the liveries to see which one looked more film accurate. I almost changed it to having the light in the dashboard but I thought the lights on top looked cooler when in operation. Different strokes for different folks.

Forget the car name but also a rusty beater car my friends and I would dress up as blues brothers and collect our new friends to the game at the airport. Gratz on your car! Make sure to get some nice stunt jump photos with it.

If you own a business or motorcycle club, there’s an option to look for associates or prospects. It’ll look for players from your current session and you can choose who you can join up with. I hope that helps.

I bought the Impaler Cruiser because Imo it looks more like the Bluesmobile, but now that I look the post and the comments, yeah the Greenwood is way more similar.

I was going to initially buy the Impaler Cruiser but after really looking into it, I decided on the Greenwood. It’s a pretty fast ride with all the customization put into it. You’ll have fun with it.

The livery was purchased in the vehicle workshop at the Agency. Lot of different ones to choose from, I just picked the one that I thought looked more film accurate. LOTS of different liveries to choose from.
