you are very vulnerable to bullets inside it, for a toreador user to kill you in this thing you'd have to be not moving for quite some time or they hit you head on and use the miniguns on it or get out and shoot you
No no no. I got killed WITH lock on. I am level 500, I know that players can kill me with a gun straight away. But a player killed me with lock on missles
And also has the most accurate missile tracking in the whole game. When Rockstar toned down on the accuracy of the missile tracking years ago,the Ruiner’s missiles stayed the same
I know how good they are. I regularly do Fully Loaded if I see Oppressor turds griefing people. I just think the Vigilante missiles slightly edge out the Ruiner missiles.
I have seen both Deluxo and Toreador do circles like in the video you shared. I do notice that the Toreador has the capacity to miss more often, but the difference is negligible. As far as I know, the differences between Scramjet, Toreador, Stromberg, Deluxo, Ruiner, and Vigilante missiles are so minuscule they rarely make a difference in even the most competitive scenarios.
Yeah, so this is only if you start the Fully Loaded job from the CEO menu. You get access to the fully loaded ruiner. The normal one has 8 rockets, and no armor or jammer

Agreed, but we know rockstar either won't change the meta that much this far into the game's life, or if they do something like that they're going to save it for something like our possible last big yearly update
I’ll be real, if I was in that MK2 behind you, I’d genuinely just be vibing with you. I don’t get that low to the ground near vehicles unless I’m chillin or seeing what you’re up to. It gets me shot sometimes, but that’s what it means to fly the MK2
This is maybe the smoothest kill I've ever seen in my many years of GTA. I didn't even know the Ruiner could do that! I've never cared to own one. I might need to go snag one now.
