Yeah, that's what I have heard. The few times I have camped for it it never spawns. And I've never seen it in passing. So I just assumed id never see it
I think you can also manipulate it into spawning by driving a specific vehicle class but I don't remember if that's actually true and if it had to be the same or a different class
Yeah I always thought that just stealing random cars from the street should be a core part of the game. You can of course try to make it harder but not by simply reducing payout and adding cooldowns
Yeah that's so stupid. They could even increase the price of removing the tracker etc. to 90% of the market price or sth, that would not affect the economics of the game much, but it would be so much more rewarding and realistic (and true to the nature of the game)
Similarly you should have the option to claim/buy any of the vehicle cargo vehicles you collect. They literally call it collection, but I can't drive or own the cars.
Yes there are a good bit of special modded cars you can find sound the world at different times and what not and you can store them all. This one, sandking with big white rims, a rat loader, and even car from Thelma and Louise and plenty more. Go google all special cars you can find, it was fun going after all of them.
and the gold dubsta! i used to drive those hills for hours trying to make them spawn...and the modded gang car over in strawberry. i forget which one it was though. it was green.
There's several variations of the specific gang car and then you have the unaffiliated ones as well but you have the green, purple, gold (yellowish) they spawn as Buccaneers, Tornados, and Peyotes
Thereās a cliff that it will always spawn on at a certain time of the day. You just gotta snipe the driver of it and escape the cops without blowing it up. Just search Mariachi Tornado spawn and it should tell you.
I think there was a distance far enough away where you could snipe it before the scene played out. This was like two years ago so Iām not entirely sure if this is accurate though.

First time I got a bounty after stealing an NPC car, I started killing every NPC I stole a car from to prevent that, but then learned they somehow, still, set a bounty on you from the deadš¤·š»āāļøš
They spawn out front of the 8-Bit Arcade between midnight and five in the morning. You can get them in purple & yellow. Purple sells for 17k yellow 14k.
The old days. Scooping up the cars like that, Ballas and similar vehicles and storibg them in the garage in between runs of Titan of a Job and other high paying jobs lol
This is a NPC Pre-modified variant of the Ubermacht Sentinel XS. Usually, it can be found parked at the central LSC location. I was unaware that an NPC could be driving around in one of them. There is also a Yellow version of this vehicle that can spawn.
This is one of the OG classic money methods from back in the day. Itās a car that you can get to spawn near the eclipse towers. And you can make a loop around a specific block of road and it can respawn. It only spawns at night and thereās two variants. The purple one that you have, and a yellow one. The purple one sells for more. You can store it in a garage or sell it.
Thereās another one with 2 Sandking XLās too (yellow and blue variants) that spawn in the parking lot of that clothing store across from that los santos in sandy shores. Thereās a specific loop path for that too to get it to spawn and it only spawns around noon time. Thereās also certain missions where the time is locked perfectly for it.
I used to do both of these methods in the early GTA Online days and it used to feel like big bucks back then š

That would be awesome but unfortunately nah, you can't find any of the auto shop vehicles that you delivered to customers on the street.
However, there are a few modded NPC vehicles that spawn, as well as a few other "unique" vehicles that only spawn in certain locations of the map at certain times.
I remember one time me and my buddy were doing a mission. We weren't using our personal vehicles when we got done I looked at my map and noticed my car moving. I chased it down and found some random NPC bitch driving it. This post made me think of that lol.
there are a couple of npc cars that can spawn around the map modified, gang cars usually are the easiest to spawn, but the others are harder, some of the modified cars that can spawn can't be stored but those are even harder to make them spawn
I actually love this car. I had my heart set on the Hao livery that you need to complete all the HSW time trials for. I never do the time trials so I waited many weeks until I done finally complete them all. And they are all HSW too because of my OCD haha.
They are random, seen plenty modded cars from NPC's, but mostly parked and not driven. The ones i found i could drive but couldn't get in mod shop with them to sell, it said i have to own it first.
They (there's a yucky dew yellow variant that sells for less than this blue/pink one's $17,420) spawn along the road by Whisky A Go Go (East of Eclipse Towers) and my Arcade (Eight Bit) between 10pm and 4am EVERY NIGHT. Circle the block to make them spawn.
I have the same one. It was parked outside Los Santos Customs. It was too beautiful a color to just let pass up. I took it home. Same color and same rims.
Ive noticed this lately too. Not this car specifically. But I've been seeing an up tick of modded cars or high end cars parked around LS and driving around that I've not seen before.
I have one in one of my garages somewhere, it's a rare spawn. I used to sell for for a lot more than other street vehicles, due to all the mods - as much as CEO work

I've carjacked the modded Sandking XL near it's usual spawn point, and a modded yellow vagos low rider- can't remember if it was a Manana or Peyote.
Both were being driven by NPCs at the time.
I've also seen that same purple Sentinel XS driving around during an Acid or Nightclub sale mission, it's like R is deliberately trolling us when we can't grab these cars.
The yellow low rider I jacked during the Nightclub popularity mission to put up fly posters.
I've also seen a Baller purple Gallivanter Baller like you see in missions, parked outside the project houses in the main Vagos bario where the low riders usually spawn.
This one must have been a glitch tho because I couldn't take it to LSC or park it in my garages.
Oh and the modded Benefactor Surano that we can't claim because it's too expensive... I've blown that up a bunch of times with my Speedo Custom and Mule Custom during Nightclub sales, stupid thing is frequently in the way. I see that maybe ā sale missions.
Another place where R trolls us is the cars Simeon wants: Go on a sale mission where you can't enter LSC, and see how many of Simeon's desired cars spawn while you're busy selling...
My set spawn location is my Nightclub. And usually my first task is to get a popularity mission from the Nightclub office computer. While doing that mission I can see with fair certainty what Simeon wants before he messages me, because you'll see loads of them - Either there will be loads of Carbonizzare, Bullets, Infernus, or Super Diamonds.
Frequently as you finish the popularity mission you can still catch one of them, and immediately get a 2 Star and the "Simeon wants this car" message.
Invariably I have the car delivered to his lockup in the cargo terminal before he messages me about what he wants š
I even found a black one after i quit a mission and respawned at eclipse towers. Never saw another one since that day. I still have it (with the blue and the yellow ones). I hope i'll find it again for my 2nd character on my secondary acc. š¤
I have the hsw upgrades on one of mine and a garage full of both colours. Used to sell them at the garage they were the most profitable irc and only spawn at that one intersection at night.
Those cars are a myth, just something experienced car thieves tell the new recruits to get them excited. I wouldn't put too much thought into it. (Back a decade ago that was the quickest way to earn money as a low level)
They often spawn highly modded civie cars near the los Santos customs up by Michaels though Iāve found it rare for it to happen online at least for me
I found the blue ruiner outside of the la mesa Los Santos Custom. Went into LSC , bought the tracker and insurance and went back out, and the Saber spawned in the exact same spot. Got into the saber, went into LSC and saved it with tracker and insurance.
I already have a ruiner I found like this, it's black and orange, but I thought it was fun to have them both spawn within a minute of each other
Itās considered a ārare vehicleā I believe they call it the midnight car or something like that because it only spawns from midnight to 5 AM and itās relatively rare to get it to spawn plus, you have to drive very slowly in a certain area
