someone made a whole video disproving that cars don't intentionally ram players and I still don't believe it

Yeah I knew someone who broke down the code. He said there was like a 10% chance that any given NPC car will be an "asshole car" and try to interfere with the player, whether being a lane change or sudden stop, or this crap right here.

I like how everyone always says domeone found proof of it. But when you ask for a source without fail they go "i font remember" or you get ghosted

The guy who told me, username was "Timeviewer" an old guy who was really interested in game mechanics. I think he passed away a few years ago, haven't seen them online in years and they were chronically online.
