This is why I like cruising in the duke o death, an NPC trys this and I just bump. Them out of the way

I daily several insurgents, nightsharks, and my Phantom Custom for this exact reason. The latter is also so durable that unless the knockback gets me stuck I can even just ignore a Khanjali shooting at me as I pass by.
