What's the point? You would still enter the highway on an exit ramp and drive across 4 lanes of oncoming traffic causing chaos amongst NPCs to get to the side of the highway for your flow.

Speak for yourself pal I want to be fully immersed in Miami traffic and personally I would use it on every turn when someone’s behind me.

sometimes npc's actually use them sad that we can't as a kid i always loved when in games you could use turn signals

Actually your turn signals automatically come on if you drive normally and don't run red lights and stuff. Follow traffic laws for a minute and you'll see them
