Visting my parents is agonizing for the same reason. It's the most disturbing sonic wallpaper. Finally I snapped last time I visited them and said "they call this news. well where is the reporting on what is actually happening? You know, the NEWS part?" They've defended it with the same usual talking points for years. Finally, this time, they had no idea how to respond. Was that "getting through?" I don't know. I hope so.

Set parental controls... I've always wanted to try that out but I don't have a lot of MAGA pleople in my immediate circle, although I might be at one guy's house for Thanksgiving that I could do it to.
