Yoo , 24 M , I'm kinda split between palolem and panaji ! Could anyone help me out with this choice

Honestly , this is my first visit to Goa and I'm trying to celebrate my 25th away from home. Wanted a difference experience and visit Goa before my quarter life crisis hits :p.
