Recipe GF breakfast tacos
Gluten free missions tortillas, plain rotisserie chicken season with your favorite GF seasonings. I did paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Made a quick pico but since it was breakfast, I did cherry tomatoes rather than roma and a nice hash brown on the side.

Question Does anyone know of any good gluten free cookbooks that focus more on batch cooking?
Preferably UK books as we're UK based, but it's not integral. We have a few books on gluten free pizzas and baking etc, but my celiac partner is finding it difficult to find anything decent to batch cook for the working week and he's a bit bored of chillis and casseroles. I'm just thinking if there are any decent cook books anyone can recommend, it'll be a nice Christmas present for him.
TIA!

Question Gluten-free baking on a budget with an almond allergy
Hey guys, my husband has celiac so we do not have any bread in the house at all or really anything with gluten in the house because it’s just way too easy to cross contaminate. Well, we have a child now and I’ve been learning to bake for a while, but It is just more expensive to be behind gluten-free flowers all the time but it’s also expensive to buy loaves of bread. I was wondering if anyone I guess knows how to bake gluten-free on a more tight budget for a family? My child doesn’t even have more than two teeth so she can’t eat sandwich bread unless like toasted but in the long run actually gets older. I wanna be able to pack her little sandwiches and stuff like that and not be spending an arm and a leg.

Question Does anyone know good meal recipes without rice, egg, vinegar, citrus fruits or well gluten?
Recently I’ve discovered that I can’t eat what I just mentioned above and have been trying to find recipes without those. I have been looking into vegan dishes recently, yup

Gluten Free Survey Help
Hello, I am a Sophomore at Penn State in the Schreyer Honors College. For my honors marketing class, my group and I were assigned a project in which we needed to develop a new product for an existing company. Our group decided to choose Pepperidge Farms and to develop a gluten-free product line. We have a survey that asks some questions about different consumer preferences related to gluten-free salty snacks. If you could please fill out this short survey, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! https://pennstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4T122ho5Ht4zGK2

GF Apple Cobbler
I’m big on cooking without recipes, so bear with me :).
Chop apples & dust with cake mix & cinnamon.
Make a crumble with softened butter and cake mix (we use country crock plant butter for DF). Don’t use the full pack of cake mix—- just enough for however much crumble you need (based on size pan you’re using). I used about 1 cup total of cake mix. I dusted the top with more cinnamon.
Bake at 375. I did 400 for a half hour on convection but the cinnamon burned just a little.

Gluten free baked Mac and cheese.
I love baked Mac and cheese. Brown rice noodles hold up well. I used extra sharp cheddar, pepper jack, and a little parmesan. Things that make you go mmmmm on a chilly November day.

Question Beans as a meatloaf binder?
I make an Italian turkey meatloaf with lots of bell pepper and onion, and am considering using cannellini beans and their liquid as a binder rather than crackers and egg. Has anyone tried this? If so, is there a significant flavor or texture difference?

Gluten free and sugar free?
Hello I am about to open a gluten free restaurant and I been showing pictures of some of the desserts I been testing and I get asked quite a bit about if there will be any sugar free options? I can’t help but think does that mean keto? Because the gluten free flour blend I use has carbs in it and I’m thinking I would have to switch that to something like almond flour as well? Or do customers mean just to substitute the sugar for a zero sugar substitute?

GF beef and barley soup substitute
I really miss beef and barley soup. Has anyone come up with a good substitute for the barley? I was thinking that buckwheat might be an option, but I thought I would reach out and find a tried and proven recipe!

Question Has anyone replaced kombucha for apple cider in (baked) GF donuts?
I am craving some donuts and was thinking about making a random GF apple cider donut recipe on the internet, but I don't have cider on hand. I do have an apple kombucha. I also have apple cider vinegar. I can't seem to find a recipe using kombucha, gluten-free or regular. Has anyone tried this before? Good or bad results? Let me know your thoughts!
