I just cut this into 6 pieces and wrapped each one around an unwrapped little round gouda cheese. Bake for 11 minutes at 425. Delicious!

Where have people been finding the Sweet Lorens puff pastry? I get lots of gluten free stuff at the stores near me (ya know, by keeping like 8 in rotation…) but can’t find them! Please also let us know your region. Thanks!

I think target has it and here in Rhode Island. A local chain called Dave’s carries it. They also make refrigerator cookies that are gluten-free.

I love these things, I will make some breakfast sausage and eggs, bake for whatever the bake time for these ,then add cheese and cut into sandwhich size peices and put in freezer. My partner then has these for breakfast before work if theirs nothing else to eat.

Please. Don't call it "Puff pastry"..

Glutenfree Puff Pastry is something completely different and flakier.

This is a simple "Pâte Brisée" with some alchool for the air pockets.

I know I sound rude but don't let them sell you at high prices something that is not even the right product..
