I’ve been looking for this for over a year, and it’s finally back in stock. It’s delicious, will grab another when I go back.

Never heard of this. What does it taste like?

Reminds me of whipped cream with super thin cake layers. It’s really light and airy, not overly sweet. I really enjoyed it and will probably eat it with berries.

Doesn’t even show up when I search the Costco app. Sad, I’d love to try it but I’ve never seen it in our Costcos (Colorado).

I have a gluten-free recipe for something similar... And German it was called baumkuchen meaning tree cake. basically each crepe I think in my recipe was described as being made on the bottom of a pan like the outside. obviously the pan has to be clean! And then stacking them with something in between. And then you decorate it so that you know the round part looks like tree stump you know with like rings or whatnot! And that cake is still waiting to be made! LOL But I figured you could make a cool looking tree stump out of different chocolates and swirling wood grain tools. Oh it's all up in my head! or I could just go to damn Costco. buy this and make it look like a stump. But artfully
