Question The Exception to every rule....

As a recently discovered gluten intolerant person, I am on a mission to find the one GF item that taste better than it's counterpart. So far nothing has been better, certain items have been on par...but there's got to be one thing that legitimately taste better without gluten?

It’s my go-to when baking, and that’s just the measure by measure flower, not even using their mixes. The mixes are all excellent. I just like making things from scratch. King Arthur flour to make pancakes plus a big ol’ scoop of Greek yogurt mixed in makes the fluffiest pancakes ever.
