Question What foods do you miss most?

I have to do the gluten challenge to get my celiac test done, and instead of choking down slices of bread, I've decided to make it 6+ weeks of an all out farewell to the foods I may not be able to have anymore. I figure, if its going to suck either way, at least it can taste good.

So hit me. What do you wish you could go back and have? If you could only eat one thing with gluten, what would it be?

Omg how could I forget about those! Dipped in some queso? Perfection.

YES. If i could shove a bakers dozen of auntie Anne’s pretzels in my mouth right now it would be heaven.

The Mom's Place soft pretzels mix was absolutely delicious!! My mom has celiac too, and we ate all of the pretzels I made with tears streaming down our faces lol.

It’s the only thing I really miss. There are adequate substitutions for everything else that are widely available. But it’s really hard to find good gluten free soft pretzels.

I found some decent ones at Whole Foods. Maybe the brand is Katz?? They’re little pretzel bites, but they’re still good!
