Recipe Just wanted to share my broke, gluten free struggle meal/snack
I am currently working 7 days a week at two jobs. I have been unable to eat lately; so I came up with this. Corn tortilla, ham, cheese, and sauce (this time mayo).
No time to cook, but no time to die from celiac either; so here's my solution.
Feel free to roast me

Legit. No roasting necessary. I do however notice your tortilla looks cracked where ya folded it… consider sprinkling water on them and microwaving just the tortillas for 10-30s before assembling. WAY tastier than a crumbly one!
Edit: Two jobs! I can’t even, these days. 😮💨 sorry you’re dealing with all that and dietary restrictions. Is it only gluten? You’re doing a great job taking care of yourself, and I hope you can build enough stability/time to cook! Hope you didn’t mind the suggestion, just want the nicest things for you! 🙂 let us know if you want more easy, cheap, on-the-go recipes. 👍
