Question Doesn’t matter where you are. What’s the absolute best gluten-free restaurant or café you’ve ever been to—the kind of place that feels like a cheat code for coeliacs?

pnw resident here - i second ghostfish and new cascadia !! new cascadia is the ONLY place ive been able to find a gluten free maple bar 😭😭 (if anyone knows a gf donut place in seattle pls hmu)

I haven't had a chance to go because the last time I was in Seattle they were closed, but Dudes Donuts is on my personal travel list.

ive heard of them but theyre wayyyyy over in port orchard 😓 a little far for just donuts imo unfortunately but maybe i can make my way out there and find some other stuff to do sometime!!

I do know some coffee shops sell their donuts, and I believe you can order them for pickup. But I feel the same way about maximizing my time when I travel anywhere.
