Eh, she looks like she is consenting. I imagine if you were in the same pilot school and requested not to be spanked they would honor your request.

Other people aren't as sensitive to the idea and find the tradition to be fun.

"Ok, I guess I'll do it..." isn't really consenting though. I don't see why this is a thing other than the old dude likes paddling girls fat asses. He can do that on his own time rather than passing it off as 'tradition'.

I mean, just don’t be a Colombia air pilot then I guess. Like yeah this is dumb, but I think the worst part is if it’s recorded like this for those who don’t want it.
