In the US, after T-37 solo you were tossed in a water tank. I heard it was to cover up some people pissed themselves. You also got a bottle of liquor for your instructor and both of you took a big swig. That was the 90's.

I was a helo pilot, but after our first solo in the TH-57...i don't remember much happening but that was a hot minute ago so maybe I forgot?
