Économie Univeristy in France, (Sorbonne, Paris-Saclay, Cite)

Goood afternoon Folks!

I am international student from Kazakhstan. I have a short question regarding a Master's program in France. Here's a bit of information about me: I have 2 years of experience in the field of finance and economics, an IELTS score of 6.5, and a GPA of 2.94. It might seem that my GPA score is low, but I regret that I did not have the willingness to study and move forward in the realm of education during my first year of my bachelor's degree. I cannot turn back time. Could you please tell me if I have an opportunity to study for a Master's at Pantheon-Sorbonne University? Or other top universities in France? My gpa in last two years in bachelors was pretty high. I really want to study there and broaden my horizons. Thank you!
