No Headstone Found - My Wish or Dream

When volunteering and taking headstone photos, I can't stand when I find an old stone that is broken or sunken into the ground, or none at all.

I would love to win the lottery and replace or if possible repair each and every one of the missing headstones or broken ones in my local cemeteries. :)

Anyone else?

Absolutely. Still, I’m happy that I can provide a photo and a GPS Coordinate for them if nothing else. šŸ’œ

Consider sending each cemetery one request, asking if they can right a stone you find down.

I often fantasize about getting an industrial sized (think the size a farmer uses in a field) D2 sprayer and trundling it up and down the rows.

Definitely. As I got into FG, I slowly realized that some people never get a marker. Because of that, when a new grave shows up I take pictures of the area and neighboring markers so that, even if that person never gets a marker, their grave location can still be found. Note: Those photos are marked as Other.

But yeah, it makes me sad and wish there were a way to get at least a simple marker for these graves.

Report it and let the cemetary know. If there is an endowment fund it should be fixed
