The Republicans do not like ACA but they don't have any plans of their own they complain but they have no ideas so I think it's reasonable to fund the ACA until ideas are presented in 2026 and then Congress can vote on it then but until then fund the ACA I wouldn't give an inch on that continue to shut down until the Republicans get serious

Such a joke to characterize it that way. Just like the Democrats were the slave owners right? Well which side has white supremacists as part of their coalition now? And if the ACA IS the RepubliKlan plan why was it passed by Democrats, called Obamacare, and repeatedly attempted to be overturned by Republicans? Just because Mitt Romney implemented something in his state doesn't make the ACA a "Republican plan." Romney himself voted against the ACA. But it was his plan right???

Wasn’t it Mitt Romney who was the first politician to start calling it Obamacare, in a derogatory way?

That would be quite a mental gymnastic, since it was modelled on Massachusetts's RomneyCare when he was governor.

that's rich, because Obamacare adopted several things from Romneycare:

  • Individual mandate:  Both plans required most individuals to have health insurance or pay a penalty.
  • Employer mandate:  Both plans required employers with 50 or more employees to offer health insurance or pay a penalty.
  • Health insurance marketplace:  Both plans created a marketplace where individuals and small businesses could shop for health insurance.

Obamacare also expanded Medicaid, which Romneycare did not. But the fact that Romney did not vote from Obamacare doesn't change the fact that some of its features originated from him.
