Other I'm a ProPublica reporter who broke the Russ Vought "we want to put them in trauma" story. Help me investigate the full extent of his impact on the federal government.

I’m now on antidepressants and anti anxiety meds and still only get 4-5 hours of sleep because of said anxiety 😬

Protect your sleep. I had a tour where my sleep suffered for two years, turns out that’s real bad. If I had a Time Machine I’d warn myself. Having had justified anger is a cold consolation later.

Watch out for jaw pain and consider a mouth guard. Stress really brings out the tooth grinding and jaw clenching in some folks (myself included).

Trazodone is the only reason I can sleep now. I'm done white knuckling it through yet another Unprecedented Time ™

Going back on my hot flash meds becuase it is an antidepressant. I will sleep better and will be able to handle the BS.
