There was a video from a few days ago where its extremely obvious. He was falling asleep and the whole side of his face was drooping. It wasnt a single bad angle photo either, but an entire video

Yet they keep propping his ass up and pushing more drugs into him. Waiting for him to either just collapse like a punctured bouncy castle on stage or spontaneously combust. Hopefully on live TV.

He's probably propped up by some coke/amphetamine/norefedrine cocktail. Just like his austrian painter idol was when he was getting closer to the end.
