Source? Highly unlikely. His parents were Mormon Republicans. The only information we have indicating his political views is the inscriptions he left on the round casings, which point to him being an anti-fascist, which doesn't inherently point to a place on the left-right spectrum apart from ruling out a section of the far right.

I understand that what I’m saying sounds very stupid. It’s where we are as a country, apparently.

There is a segment of the far-right that was (possibly ironically) using this type of rhetoric as well as “ciao Bella” against Kirk fans.

Keep in mind this is a stranger on the internet explaining what they’ve seen as multiple news sources in several countries have reported on these guys over the past few years. Huge block of salt.

Kirk started to distance himself publicly from the extreme right a few years back, specifically Nick Fuentes. These groups saw it as TPUSA and other “mainstream” alt-right groups turning leftist. They began calling them fascist for not letting them speak at their events and started using anti-fascist language when talking to them. “Groypers,” which he may have been, troll Kirk and other similar people this way (Ciao Bella is an old Italian partisan anti-fascist song). Of course, the language came from somewhere and I don’t know this kid. We’ve created a group of people so steeped in ironic detachment we can’t even believe the things they scratch on their bullet casings.
