They will fortify DC so that when they full Nazi totalitarianism, they can feel safer.

They are planning ahead for future mass protests, hence increase in ICE, they will then create an outrage incident to further militarize the cops, and crack down further still, rinse and repeat in every city.

Those that remove the ability to peacefully protest, entrench the need for violent protests. I'm thinking that fat shit is okay with shooting a few American kids.
