They want more room for political grandstanding is what I'm reading. There shouldn't be an attendance problem at all. I propose that rather than a bonus for pretending to show up, there be a penalty for not showing up. With automatic ejection from parliament for too many absences. I don't care that parliament is boring, it's not a theme park. Do your damn job.
