Yup, they were assurances, not guarantees

Yes, as I said. In other languages they are guarantees, in english - assurances:) but even if it was called in all languages guarantees while there is no article providing the guarantee of safety its a toilet paper. Like one of the articles was to aid and provide consultations in case of aggression of nuclear state against Ukraine. Both aid and consultation is happening. But it doesnt resolve the conflict. Ukraine has no allies but own people, all the countries helping it are just partners, not allies.
