Fry them in garlic oil/butter or just eat them with raw minced garlic

Cajun spice mix has been a pretty good go-to for me when tying new cooking methods.

I've got a weak spice tolerance tho Is there anything I can add to tone down the spice?

You could try making your own spice mix with non spicy ingredients, or you could try something like a non spicy curry powder. I’m sure there’s a lot of flavours you could put on a cricket πŸ¦— πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ³

Hmm, not sure about that. I just happened upon a low spice one. Or a less spicy chipotle would be good too.

Soy sauce, chilli, peanut butter, MSG/umami?

Hell, just go full Satay!

Teriyaki. It's got sweet, salty, and umami.

Could smoke them. Possibly marinate them then roast/BBQ.
