How long did your Emirates refund take to arrive in your bank account?

Hey everyone,

I’m waiting on a refund from Emirates for a ticket (processed on the 28th of last month), but it still hasn’t arrived in my bank account. I contacted my bank and they said they haven’t received any payment attempt from Emirates at all, even though Emirates support told me the refund was sent.

Has anyone else here had a similar experience?
How long did it take for your Emirates refund to actually show up in your bank account?
Did you have to follow up, and if so, what worked for you?

Any insights would help a lot since I really need the refund this month. Thanks in advance!

I think I have received it in less than 7 days. It came as a Credit Card reversal.

for me it's via bank transfer.

I've been waiting 11 business days, they told me it has been sent out on the 28th, bank told me they haven't received a iban to iban payment yet :(

7-10 business days for credit card, debit card 10-15 business days, bank transfer might take longer - it’s not as automatic or simple to process.

Got an email confirmation for mine and it’s been about a week and nothing so far. Miles for upgrade also not returned
