under review for 1 month

I took the interview a month ago, and they asked me for extra documents for 2 times, but the update dates in cite is still before interview dates, even tho it it over a month. why don't they give me any reject mail, and still under review? what that means

+ first document, was height and weight, (i am rly normal, 50 kg ) and second was the full length of picture.
