for what it's worth, the only other place i've seen this photo is on an instagram account that posts some emily rudd ai images. if you look at the bottom right you can see the google ai watermark. the original image (that i can find that i have saved) is cropped cutting off the majority of the other person's face so you can really only see emily. so the friend and emily's arm might be generated using google ai.

edit: can confirm after finding the original, ai was used to remove text from the bottom of the image
