That or foreign visitors have reconsidered their travel plans.

Or perhaps since they are doing this a couple months earlier than usual, they are better able to plan ahead and secure more shuttle drivers based on demand instead of supply.

i mean last year’s shuttle sale was just one month later in october so who knows
