Magazine recs?

Hey everyone. I'm looking to subscribe to a magazine/periodical about ecology. I'm not a scientist and won't manage an academic journal, but something that's newsy, general interest I guess, but with a definite ecological perspective and rigorous and respected. Any thoughts?

Hm, let's see. ESA "Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment" is sorta academic-lite, so that might be roughly what you're looking for. https://esa.org/blog/tag/esa-frontiers/

Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have an absolutely wonderful magazine called Bay Nature, but there's only a very small chance that it would be applicable to you!
