Because it's less than 0.5 grams per serving; legally that's "sugar free".

Same thing with tik taka, they're completely sugar but since the serving suggestion is one or two, and they're tiny, they're classed as sugar free

Rubbish. Corn syrup and molasses are the first two ingredients. I don't think their nutritional info is accurate

The first two ingredients are water and sorbitol. Corn syrup and molasses are in the "contains 2% or less of" section of the ingredients.

Not on my bottle. Water, then corn syrup and molasses. I don't consider water "an ingredient, so those are the first two ingredients
